I've been designing and building AI systems for over six years and technology ventures for the past two.
At Safirio, we're building AI infrastructure for Africa's environmental systems; from tourism and conservation to natural resource and land-use monitoring. Through Afrisens Technologies, we build real-time environmental intelligence systems by combining AI, remote sensing, environmental IoT sensors, and community-driven geospatial data to monitor ecosystem dynamics. Our systems transform environmental signals into decision-grade intelligence that enables governments, organizations, industries, and local communities to protect ecosystems, manage natural resources, strengthen environmental resilience, and make better environmental decisions.
At Helios, we're building Africa's connected health infrastructure. An integrated ecosystem of AI-powered medical-grade wearables, health cards, and medical autonomous drones, unified under the Health Plus Cloud Platform, serving patients, medical personnel, and facilities across the continent. Our mission is to: Build the proactive healthcare infrastructure for Africa's next 2.5 billion population.
I co-founded Fobeworld, an organization in Uganda and DRC using football and storytelling to help young people, especially girls, thrive through education, wellness, and resilience. I also volunteer with Anamnesis.WESA, a non-profit organization providing access to clean water and healthcare facilities in underserved communities across Kenya, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. I believe deeply in the missions of both organizations.
I read at least 2 books a month across technology, sustainability, economics, spirituality, and personal development. I'm a reggae obsessive. I'm a fan of ultra marathons and trekking. Inspired by Mike Horn, I make adventure videos on YouTube documenting my explorations, and I'm always planning the next expedition.
